Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
During the 1930´s Dr Emil Vodder created a unique set of movement which he successfully used to clear chronic sinusitus and facial acne. After studying the lymphatic system, Dr Vodder devised treatments for the whole body which he termed Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Lymphatic Drainage may help to:
- Keep the environment around the cells of the body healthy.
- Stimulate immune system function.
- Increase the healing of injuries.
- Reduce stress.
- Reduce cellulite through the removal of metabolic waste and water.
- Reduce fluid retention.
- Reduce inflamation.
![]() | "After being concerned about the levels of stress and exam worry among young people here, Welfare Committee organised a relaxation evening to encourage students to take a break from revision. Sue kindly came along to offer Indian Head Massages, which were extremely popular and great value for money. She was friendly and chatty, instantly putting clients at ease, and those who received a head massage gave very positive feedback. I certainly felt much more relaxed after mine! Thank you Sue.
