Treatments

Complementary Therapies work on both physical and emotional levels and promote relaxation and the feeling of wellbeing. They also encourage the body to heal itself and remove harmful toxins.

Many clients suffering from chronic conditions may need around 4 treatments before they see an improvement. However, this varies from client to client, and you may find you benefit from less (or more). Once an improvement in the condition has been acheived and balance restored, many clients will benefit from a ´top-up´ treatment every 4-6 weeks or so. This will help to maintain balance and stop symptoms from returning. You are under no obligation to embark on a course of treatment and will never be pressured to do so.

Inner Calm provides a range of Complementary Therapies, details of which are listed below. If you would like further information on any of the treatments, please feel free to contact Sue.
